Deliveries within US

$4.95 - $14.95 (depends on item purchased)

US Regular Shipping All orders within the US will be dispatched from our California Distributing & Service Center within 24 hours after order is being confirmed. Then, the products will be shipped by UPS (United Postal Services) or FedEx to your delivery address. Most US destinations will take 5-7 postal working days to deliver while some specific areas may take 7-10 postal working days. US Special Shipping Options : Upon request, products may be shipped via express couriers. Please specify the type of shipping on the order form. Those shipping options carry an additional charge on top of each stated shipping cost. Please contact by email, fax or phone to obtain rate estimates.

International Deliveries

All International deliveries outside the U. S. will be delivered by registered post or other shipping methods to your delivery address. The shipping cost and estimated delivery lead-time of each order will be quoted by return fax or email.

Returns

100% customer satisfaction is our goal, so you may return any product to us within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund except shipping and handling cost. Your return product should be enclosed with the followings: 1. Customer name and address 2. Order number 3. Email address 4. Reason of return Note: We do not accept the return of the products if the blister packing is being opened or damaged. For the request of return, please contact us by email.

Cancellation

We will ship the products to you within 24 hours, once the order is being confirmed by us. We only accept cancellation of the order by email or fax within 12 hours.
